As recent converts, we're kind of obsessed with this simple yet effective beauty technique, which is said to improve circulation, stimulate the lymphatic system and even reduce the appearance of cellulite. 
Here's what to do: First, buy a brush. Stick to one with natural bristles (stiff for your body and softer for your face).
Once or twice a day, before showering, strip down and start scrubbing. Brush your entire body thoroughly (excluding broken skin or acne), then wash off. Afterward, moisturize with a super-hydrating cream or body oil. Simple as that.
Not only have we noticed a difference in the appearance and feel of our skin, it's a really relaxing addition to our nighttime routine.
